By investing in apprentices across our business, we build practical skills, support high-quality jobs and strengthen the local supply chain that underpins the energy transition. As a member of the 5% Club, we have pledged that at least 5% of our workforce is made up of apprentices, graduates and sponsored students, reflecting our belief that skills, training and opportunity are essential to the future of the renewables industry.
